Here we take a look at this interesting video that covers CBD dosage recommendations for the most common conditions, such as: pain, anxiety, epilepsy, depression and insomnia.

However, since every individual is different and may require a customised dosage, the video recommends starting with a low dose of CBD at 10mg and then every 2 – 3 hours incrementing the dose by 5mg.

Note: The FDA recommends a max daily dosage of CBD at 28mg.
