With CBD becoming mainstream, people most ask what is the difference between hemp and cannabis products?

Hemp is a variety of Cannabis that belongs to the Cannabis Sativa family.  However if you look at the types of recognised cannabis species then it only lists: cannabis indica, sativa and ruderalis.  So it is argued that hemp is simply a strain of cannabis sativa that produces low levels of THC, the compound that gets you high!
